Skincare

What should my daily skincare routine consist of?

We recommend starting with a cleanse - tone - hydrate routine formulated for your skin type, including double-cleansing in the PM and SPF application in the AM. After establishing regular use with these basic products, you can branch out into serums, retinols, and other more targeted treatments for specific concerns.

How do I know what my skin type is?

You can generally determine your skin type based on the size of pores and oil in the T-zone area of your face, aka your forehead, nose, and chin area. If you have larger pores and an oily T-zone, you likely have oilier skin, while if your pores are smaller in the T-zone, you’ll have less oil and, thus, drier skin. 

Oily Skin produces too much oil and may be prone to blemishes. The goal with oily skin is to balance the skin’s moisture barrier. Water-based moisturizers are often used on oily skin.

Dry Skin doesn’t produce enough oil and therefore is more sensitive. Drier skin needs extra care to ensure skin’s moisture barrier stays balanced. Products that lock in hydration are key.

Normal Skin has a balanced moisture barrier, aka a good balance of oil and water. 

Combination Skin may be oily and dry in different areas, and must be balanced by treating both oily and dry areas of the face.

How do I make changes to my cart?

Click on the “Cart” button at the top of the page. You’ll see all the items you’ve added and can remove unwanted items or add more quantity to existing items.

The item I'm interested in is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Click “Add to Cart” on the product page of the product you wish to purchase. The product will be added to your Cart. You may continue shopping or click on your Cart to checkout.

After completing your order, you’ll receive an email from us when your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
