How to Use Eyelash Enhancing Serum

  • Step 1

    Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.

  • Step 2

    Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil® Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)

  • Step 3

    Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin.

  • Step 4

    DO NOT APPLY to any other areas
