    How to Use BodiFirm

    • Step 1

      Exfoliate skin twice a week using a loofah or physical exfoliator.

    • Step 2

      Gently dispense product onto palm of hands.

    • Step 3

      Using a circular motion, massage into skin until fully absorbed.
